About Us

The INSERVIS Group was established in 1993 as an independent consulting firm. Since the beginning, its major activity was focused on the liquidation of large-scale industrial damage, assessing the causes of loss, quantifying insurance claims and comprehensive property appraisals for various purposes.

In the following years, we built a team of collaborators, appraisers, experts, outsourced specialists and laboratories. Between 1997 and 1998, we started to provide our services all over the Czech and Slovak Republics; the subsidiary INSERVIS Slovakia, s.r.o. was also established. Since 1998, we have worked closely with Crawford & Company, International Loss Adjusters and Surveyors, based in Atlanta, U.S.A.

In 2002, the Company expanded its activities to cover minor claims related to property and liability insurance, as well as motor vehicle claims settlement. Another department of general insurance services offers our clients a comprehensive solution from the management of uninsured claims, representation in claims handling, liquidation and recourses to further technical and assistance services related to insurance.

Now, the INSERVIS Group is a strong, independent company with a solid background on the Central European market, with offices in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia. We cooperate very closely with a number of local and foreign partners, especially with insurers and reinsurers. We provide our services according to the ultimate international standards and internal procedures managed in line with ISO 9001. We are ready to meet the demanding requirements of our clients.
