The range of TPA services is always accommodated to specific needs. It can be provided as a comprehensive end-to-end service, i.e. claim settlement from ensuring the receipt of notification from the Insured, through the inspection and calculation of loss to direct payment of insurance indemnity from a special account. Or it includes a pre-specified scope of activities and specific agreed actions. All this in the optimal quality and in the shortest possible time.
We have the necessary resources to provide TPA services, especially web-based e-Claims™, ClaimsManager™ (Broadspire, and Crawford company), and ClaimIS.
An obvious part of TPA services is also providing regular reviews for customer management to ensure transparent information about the claims settlement process.
TPA services for multinational companies or services abroad are provided in cooperation with our partner Broadspire, a Crawford company. Within Europe, services are provided in 25 countries, with 85 permanent offices worldwide and a large number of other collaborating partners. Our mutual goal is to provide professional and efficient services, including shortening the processing time of individual events. The resulting effect is an overall reduction in internal costs associated with claim handling and loss administration.
