Quality policy

The quality policy is based on the concept of the organization’s quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001. The ultimate goal of the company is to fulfil its vision, i.e. to be a reliable, flexible and efficient supplier of services that includes organizational, economic and technical consultancy with special regard to insurance.

In order to achieve this goal, we must continuously devote ourselves to improving the quality management system while respecting the interests of customers and employees.

• Create conditions for compliance with applicable provisions of generally binding standards, i.e. laws, regulations and decrees related to the scope of our activities.
• Focus on meeting the needs of customers and employees and ensure high productivity by continuously increasing the services range and especially added value.
• To ensure the competitiveness of the services we provide by a permanent offer of above-standard services and own solutions.
• Continuously meet the conditions of the represented partners.
• Expand service offer.
• To select suppliers of external services with the aim of achieving the highest quality.
• Increase the awareness of quality by all employees of the organization with a goal to adhere to the “Do everything needed at the right time, fast and immediately” principle.
• Permanently improve the expertise, qualification and level of professionalism of all employees.
